RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

For hygiene reasons, C.A.M. does not accept returns or exchanges.  

If you receive a damaged or faulty product we apologise for the inconvenience. Please photograph the product immediately upon receiving it, and contact our support team to arrange replacement.

*Rural addresses may be subject to an additional fee following completion of checkout. 

*Covers A Multitude does not take responsibility for tracked or untracked packages once they have been dispatched with the courier. Packages are not sent with signature being required upon receipt.

*To track packages or for shipping updates, we encourage customers to make direct contact with the courier provider whose details are provided along with the package's tracking number when first dispatched.

 

WORLD WIDE SHIPPING

We ship worldwide, including to USA & Europe.

If you would like to purchase a C.A.M. product please contact our support team via the contact box below with your address and the details of your order and we will provide you with the cheapest shipping rate available within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) and an explanation of how to fulfil your order.
